Compassion Over Passion: the infamous hundred questions

Since this chapter in the "Compassion Over Passion" book is mentioned in so many of the flyers, it's time that we all have a look at it for ourselves:

  1. This is truly amazing. If you make the decision to post the whole book, I'd dearly love to read it.

  2. I guess I could do it. It's out of print, and it's obscure as can be--it doesn't even show up in worldcat. From reading that chapter, do you get the same vibe that the flyers and the book are the same author?

    1. It feels really, really similar. Questions #15 and #25 are the exact kind of odd syntax and strangely specific concerns that show up in the flyers.

Thanks for posting the whole thing! I looked around the internet yesterday, and I have no idea how I ever would have found a copy without your doing so. I'll be reading it tonight!

    2. Yeah, it's beyond obscure. I'd keep checking on amazon, alibris, and abebooks if you want a hard copy, as it occasionally pops up for sale in the $10-$20 range. I doubt many hard copies were actually produced, though.

The title page asserts copyright in 2002, but the data on Amazon shows it being published in 2008. I'm guessing that 2008 is closer to the truth, and the other 2 books mentioned in the "Dignity of Humans" flyer (parts 2 and 3 of a "compassion over passion" series) might have been written in the 2008-2010 range. Then the flyers take over in 2010 to the present...

I sure wish I could track down copies of the other two books! I haven't had any direct contact with the author of this stuff, but presumably that would be an avenue to get copies?
