I've been corresponding a bit with the fellow who handles the archive of flyers associated with Francis E Dec, and he too pointed out a certain return to primitivism in these writings, which also comes up in some of the holistic healing ideas (wear honey to be sweeter, etc). I have mixed feelings about those concepts: in the context of these flyers, it's easy to call those concepts regressive or related to psychological damage, but in a broader context I'm not so dismissive of those ideas as they pertain to things like myth-making/personal mythology in a Jungian sense...
